These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.suusinnature.com and to all services offered by Suus in Nature, including fine art print sales, photoshoots, and nature connection courses. By using the website or placing an order or booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

We may restrict access in case of misuse.

3. Products & Services

Suus in Nature provides:

  • Fine art print sales

  • Photography services (photoshoots)

  • Nature connection courses (online or in-person)

  • An online journal with photography and writing

Descriptions, images, and sample photos are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to screen settings or print processes.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT.

  • Payment must be completed before orders or bookings are confirmed.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery (for Fine Art Prints)

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and printer.

  • Any customs fees (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If a delivery issue occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receipt/receiving the print.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Fine Art Prints

Because prints are made-to-order, cancellations are not possible once production begins.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

6.2 Photoshoots

For photoshoots there is a no-refund policy.
If weather conditions affect the shoot, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

6.3 Courses

For online courses there is a no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website — including photos, texts, designs, and course materials — is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

For photoshoots:

  • Usage rights will be specified in your agreement or invoice.

  • Copyright remains with Suus in Nature unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury during outdoor courses or photoshoots (unless caused by negligence)

  • Delays or issues beyond our control (weather, shipping problems, technical issues)

  • Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms
