This meditation is about connecting with the living nature around you, through your body, by activating your senses.
Remember, you are part of nature and your body is an extension of Gaia. It is through your body that you can feel the connection with all life on Earth: elementals, animals, plants, minerals and Gaia herself. Through your body you can perceive the flow of communication that is based on the inner connection between all living beings. It is this wisdom that flows through nature that brings you into connection with your own nature, your own inner knowing.
You can use this meditation daily or whenever you feel called to do so, in any natural environment such as the beach, the forest, a park or your garden. It is very powerful to do this meditation in the same place often, to deepen your connection, just as you would spend time with a friend repeatedly, to nurture that relationship.
You can download the file on your phone (I recommend putting your phone on flight mode so you will not be disturbed). Then when you are in nature, start by finding a comfortable place to sit or lay down, somewhere you will be undisturbed. If you are using headphones, make sure you leave one ear free so you can hear your surroundings.
