Sunset

On this print you see the sun setting over the Mediterranean Sea in the Southern tip of Europe. I captured the image from the island Mallorca, while on a holiday for my 30th birthday. If I had to choose between sunrises and sunsets (can one ever choose?) I would choose sunsets. Watching the giant orb of light slowly move into the ocean is like taking a long exhale. It feels like a reminder, permission even, to let everything go for now, to stop doing and start being. It feels like returning to my nature state of my being. My wish for you when you look at this image, is to have the same feeling of exhaling. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nobody to be. Exhale deeply and return back to you.

Each print is made on 290gsm Hahnemühle Bamboo Giclée paper, crafted from natural bamboo fibres (90%) with a touch of cotton (10%). This unique paper has a warm, organic tone and a smooth matt finish that gives the artwork a soft, timeless feel. It’s not only beautiful to look at but also kind to the environment, making it a perfect match for meaningful, lasting art.

The papers are sourced from sustainably managed forests, ensuring biodiversity preservation, habitat renewal and reduced environmental impact for future generations. Certified for wood fiber traceability, the papers come only from non-threatened forests. Packaging used for shipping are a mixture of sustainability sourced, recyclable or biodegradable. Any carbon emissions that cannot be avoided are measured independently and fully offset through renewable energy projects, ensuring that nothing is left unaccounted for.

Returns

Every print is made especially for you, with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is custom-made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges, which also helps reduce waste and keeps the process as sustainable as possible.

If something goes wrong in transit and your print arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t reach you at all, please email me within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with a few photos of the print and packaging. This helps me understand what happened and make it right for you quickly.
